about

The first song of this EP is called Octopus and it deals with the feeling of being alone in an increasingly competitive world. It deals with the metaphor of an Octopus being on a treetop outside of its natural habitat while wishing to be in the sea.

lyrics

Verse 1

I am a little octopus
on a treetop
Wait for the sirens to ring
And then my heart stops

Verse 2

I am a little delight
When you need it
But when i'm alone
I can feel my soul gets depleted

Chorus

When will I learn to live with myself
When will I be
An octopus in the sea

Verse 3

I feel a little bit out of place
All the time I'm trying to keep up the pace
And sometimes I get very far
But most times I'm too tired to start

Chorus

When will I learn to live with myself
When will I be
An octopus in the sea

End verse

I am a little octopus
on a treetop
Wait for the sirens to ring
And then my heart stops
